A 5000 sq.ft speculative ground floor retail scheme with 1250 sq.ft office space on the first floor let separately and 1500 sq.ft of ancillary retail space. A challenging scheme on an irregular shaped and levelled site.

Our client wanted to maximise the flexibility of letting achieved through careful location of door thresholds to footpath levels and consideration of party walls.

Traditionally built with a tight radius brickwork and glass front on the junction - probably the tightest radius achieved using standard brickwork.
