The client stipulated a traditional treatment to the exterior of the building, with facing brickwork and stone detailing. These materials contrasted with the Crittall curtain walling, aluminium soffit, guttering and column casing to give the elevations a contemporary yet classic design.

The building itself is placed sensitively on site with the views out maximised. With a total area of approximately 24,000sq.ft² over two floor, the building has a fully open plan office space at first floor, with cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, showroom and a board room at ground floor level.
