The Innovation Centre is an initiative jointly financed between Mansfield District Council and the European Union, designed to assist the growth of local businesses.

The distinctive accommodation offers individual and shared office space, workshops and a day nursery. Shared core facilities are provided including meeting rooms and a lively cafe.

Careful attention to passive environmental design keeps annual running costs to a minimum.
