Karl Richardson

Karl joined the practice in 1999, and became a partner in 2007.

Projects include:

• Menzies Aviation - Advice & project monitoring for new offices, parking & maintenance building
  Otopei Airport, Romania
• Menzies Avaition - Refubishment of existing warehouse & offices including complete corporate
  rebranding 60,000 sq ft offices
• Menzies Distribution Limited - depots at Glasgow, Chelmsford, Swansea and Belfast, ranging
  from 50-80,000 sq. ft.
• New sports facilities, Rutland Recreation Ground, Ilkeston (Golf Clubhouse, Indoor Tennis Centre,
  Sports Pavilion and 400m running track and refurbishment of existing Cricket Pavilion.
• Refurbishment of existing offices and demolition of existing distribution/storage warehouse and
  erection of new distribution warehouse (428,000 sq. ft.).
• Leisure - Gala Bingo Hall, Chatham Kent, new build including fit-out works.
• Refurbishment of Monitoring Centre (2,750 sq. ft.) Twyford, Winchester for Baltimore e-Security Solutions.
• Corporate Branding, reception refurbishment and signage, various Reality Group sites.
• Manufacturing plant (105,000 sq. ft.) and offices (40,000 sq. ft.) for SPS Aerostructures, Sherwood
  Business Park, Annesley.
