Parcel Sorting Distribution Depot and Offices, Birmingham

Approximatley 320m² in length, this Parcel Sorting and Distribution Depot follows the line of the existing boundry enabling maximum development potential. The building houses a full basement car park, mezzanine storage areas and a 7000sq.ft suspended office area.

In conjunction with the new build hub, the external circulation routes were re-organised including the construction of 4 new gate houses and a 3 storey canteen with sub-way links to the main hub.

All work was carried out while the client maintained full 24 hour operation on site.
