Uttoxeter New Road Derby

The site is the former Trent bus depot which is located on the junction of Uttoxeter New road and Stafford street. Adjacent the site a new road layout for a roundabout is to be formed. The proposals have been positioned to present a key elevation to this new layout whilst retaining a continued and prominent façade to Uttoxeter New road.

The proposal is for 170 apartments with gym and basement car parking and will stand 7storey tall including the clear storey
