Student Accommodation Phase 1

St Ann's, Nottingham

The brief was to build accommodation for 400 students over an existing car park in the St Ann's area of Nottingham.

Considering the scale and cultural significance of the neighbouring buildings the size of the accommodation was always going to be contentious therefore the elevations and roof line were broken up to give relief to the building mass.

The mixture of materials specified will define symmetry, balance and order to the relieved elevations.
