Swan Valley

Offices & Distribution Depot Swan Valley, Northampton

This project consisted of an existing distribution depot of approx 350,000 sq/ft which was taken down to foundation level leaving only the high bay section of the warehouse. A new frame of 12.5m to haunch was the erected with additional bays to the front & rear of the warehouse increasing the floor area to approx 500,000 sq/ft. In conjunction with this the existing offices were refurbished to give a modern feel.
